Emile and Matt made it to BP Park, Samford, late and joined the 'Gladiator' activity base where Venturers were encouraged to bash each other with sponge pillows whilst sitting on a suspended log.
The activity ran most of the afternoon where we rotated responsibility with the Albany Creek Rovers.
Dan Bourman ran the activity.

Rovers Run Joey's
As part of the squire training, the Rovers ran Joey's for the evening. The main theme for the evening was compasses and maps. Some of the highlights of the evening included the compass point game, (including a Joey pile on on Owen), a map reading activity, and the Joey's learning about a GPS.
