• No content due to late arrival

3. Treasurer’s report - (Jon Wilson)

• Write letter to group committee about 2010-2011 payment to group. Will suggest that $500 bee paid (2 lots of group fees. Will also donate (in time or in money) toward new den). [DEBT]

• Change name of account to Scouts Australia – Queensland Branch Inc/St. Johns Wood Rover Crew
• Jon is agreeable to be fundraising coordinator
• Jon will form a budget.

4. Secretarial Report - (Sam Ludinski)

• Post office box disbanded, new address – 17 Kilsby St., The Gap.
• Potential rovers to be looked into
• Group email – Queensland Rovers site signup
• iCrew to be managed by secretary
• Contact detail form to be sent to Jordan Lores.

5. Rover Advisor’s Report - (Chris Goninon)

• Program hasn’t been maintained.
• Urban Challenge planning shouldn’t interrupt program.
• Should keep in touch with Oakleigh more thoroughly. Keeps our flow of venturers.
• Age gap of members.
• Potential new members:

• Recruiting Officer?

6. Squire Master’s Report - (Chris Goninon)

• Introduction to Rovers needs to be looked at – they aren’t offered too frequently, should try and get as many squires through it as possible.

7. Log Book Keeper’s Report - (Bill Alexander)

• Last few years needs to be archived.
• Minutes to be logged.
• Joeys to be logged.
• Yearly print and binder of blogs.
